Editorial standards

We are curators, not publishers. Here is how we think about that.

Sources

We only index content from feeds and APIs meant for public distribution: DEV's API, freeCodeCamp's RSS, Hashnode's engineering blog, and similar sources. If a site blocks bots or hides posts behind a paywall, we skip it.

Attribution

Every article page shows the original author, publication, and a link to the source. We do not strip bylines or swap in our branding on the body text. If you are the author and want something changed, email us. We will fix it or remove the post.

Featured picks

Strong engagement on the origin platform is what surfaces a post. Nothing is sponsored or paid, and it is not something you can request. We might get it wrong sometimes, but the reaction counts come straight from the source.

Updates

The index refreshes when we run a new build. We do not edit article bodies except to fix broken markdown rendering. Typos in the original stay in the original. We are not copy editors for the whole internet.
