The short version

Artikals is a static website. We do not run user accounts, we do not sell data, and we do not track you across the web. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email with whatever provider we hook up. That is it.

What we collect

• Analytics: We may use privacy-friendly analytics (aggregate page views, no personal profiles). You can block these with standard browser tools.
• Newsletter: Email address if you subscribe voluntarily.
• Contact: Whatever you put in an email to us.

Cookies

We use a theme preference cookie (light/dark mode) stored locally in your browser. No ad cookies. No cross-site tracking pixels from us.

Third-party content

Articles link to and may load images from external sites (DEV, freeCodeCamp, etc.). Those platforms have their own privacy policies. Embedded images may cause your browser to request resources from those domains.

Want your newsletter email deleted? Want to know what we have? Email hello@artikals.dev. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes get mentioned in the newsletter if you are subscribed.
